If you have received a reminder, it is because we have been instructed to remind you that you have missed a payment.

If you have already paid the invoice, please check the invoice number and your payment history before contacting us as we need to receive the information from your payment to be able to search for it in our database or the creditors.

If the invoice is not paid, we ask you to pay as soon as possible or contact us to possibly set up an installment plan (payment plan) or postpone the payment.

Alternatively, you can do this by logging in to My Pages, using our self-service by phone or talking to one of our administrators.
